Michał Wnorowski is an expert in corporate governance and a member of the Association of Independent Non-Executive Directors. Currently a non-executive member of supervisory boards and a member of audit committees of listed companies: PolTREG, PKP Cargo, Medicalgorithmics, EMC Instytut Medyczny. Previously, he sat, among others, on the supervisory boards and audit committees of the following companies: Polwax, Tower Investments, Alumetal, Arteria, Voxel, Develia, Robyg, Enter Air, EMC Instytut Medyczny, Braster, Travelplanet.pl, Elektrobudowa, Armatura Kraków, ARM Property. He has worked in the financial markets since 1995. From 2012 to 2016, he was Investment Director in charge of the PZU Group’s Long-Term Equity Portfolio, where he was responsible for the largest equity investment projects and coordination of investments in this asset class across the PZU Group. Previously, the long-time director of the analysis and corporate governance team at PZU Group, responsible for such areas as analysing and selecting companies for investment portfolios and subsequent supervision of portfolio companies. He has experience in investment project management, market analysis, analysis and valuation of enterprises, securities portfolio management and supervision of mergers and acquisitions. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Krakow University of Economics.
