Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (PHN) is one of Poland’s largest commercial real estate companies in terms of portfolio value. The PHN Group has a diversified business profile, operating primarily in the office, residential and logistics sectors.

The PHN Group’s portfolio comprises approximately 150 individually managed properties with a total value of approximately PLN 3.6 billion. The Group provides comprehensive leasing and property management services and currently manages approximately 480,000 sqm of leasable space. It also holds approximately 600 hectares of land designated for development projects across various real estate segments.

The PHN Group is also active in the construction sector, providing general contracting, subcontracting and fit-out services. In addition, it operates as a real estate developer and investor, delivering residential projects involving the construction and sale of residential units, as well as commercial developments.

Poland is the PHN Group’s primary market. Its leasing operations are concentrated mainly in Warsaw and major regional cities, including the Tri-City area (Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot), Poznań, Kraków, Katowice, Łódź and Wrocław.

The PHN Group also plans to expand its residential development activities into new local markets, including Bydgoszcz and Łężyce.

PHN shares have been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) since 13 February 2013.
