The Group will build an estate of multi-family residential buildings in Warsaw's Białołęka district with a total usable area of ​​approx. 29,550 sq m (approx. 511 apartments) implemented in three stages. The PHN Group already has a valid building permit for all three stages. The selection of the General Contractor for the first stage of the investment is underway. The sale is planned to start at 2020.
