The Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that as a result of error, report No. 44/2015 of December 21, 2015 contained incorrect content which failed to include a part of a sentence.
Current wording:
“Mr. Kulewicz declared that he engages in no competitive business outside the Company and that he does not participate in any competitive entities as a shareholder in a civil law partnership or other partnership, or a member of a governing body of a company, and that he does not participate in any competitive legal entity as a member of its governing body.”
It should read as follows:
“Mr. Kulewicz declared that apart from being President of the Management Board of Nasz Dom Sp. z o.o., he engages in no competitive business outside the Company and that he does not participate in any competitive entities as a shareholder in a civil law partnership or other partnership, or a member of a governing body of a company, and that he does not participate in any competitive legal entity as a member of its governing body.”
The remaining part of Current report No. 44 of December 21, 2015 shall remain unchanged.
