Mr. Jacek Krawczykowski assumed the position of Vice President – Member of the Management Board for Investments on April 24, 2024. He is an expert in the field of planning and implementation of housing and commercial projects. Within the structures of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A., he is responsible for the investment division, strategy, marketing and investor relations. Member of the Construction Committee at the Business Centre Club.
From 2021 to 2024, he was the President of the Management Board of a real estate company, where he managed the company’s operations with a particular focus on investment oversight and cooperation with financial institutions. Most recently, he was involved with Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Sp. z o.o. in Ostrzeszów as an advisor to the Management Board. Since 2010, he ran a business, where he provided legal due diligence services to Panatoni BTS Sp. z o.o., among others, as well as supervision and investment advisory services. From 2014 to 2021, as President, Member of the Management Board of various business entities, he was responsible for overseeing investments, working with the public sector and obtaining financing.
Member of the Investment Board for Trust Funds at BGK and the Marshal’s Office of the Greater Poland Voivodeship (UMWW). He passed the state exam for Candidates for Supervisory Board Members in state-owned companies. He is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, as well as Finance and Accounting at Wrocław University of Economics and Business. He obtained the title of Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate at Łukaszewski University in cooperation with Universidad de Sevilla and Universidad Loyola. He graduated from INSEAD Business School – Building Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystems Program and EY Academy of Business – Construction Projects Academy. He holds a certificate of completion of the "Financial Assessment of Investment Projects" course at Kozminski University. He has also completed numerous training courses in the fields of public procurement, digital competencies, and management.
