Grzegorz Grotek

Grzegorz Grotek has 15 years of experience in finance and accounting in the real estate industry. From 2020 to 2024, he was Chief Financial Officer at Operator ARP Sp. z o.o.; from 2018 to 2020, Director of Accounting and Taxes, Chief Accountant at PFR Nieruchomości S.A. In the years 2009-2017, he headed the Accounting and Tax team at Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. Grzegorz Grotek is a graduate of the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw.

Jacek Krawczykowski

Jacek Krawczykowski is an expert in the field of planning and implementation of housing projects. From 2021 to 2024, he was President of the Management Board of a real estate company, where he was responsible for strategic planning and managing the company’s operations with a particular focus on investment oversight. Most recently, he was involved with Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Sp. z o.o. in Ostrzeszów as an advisor to the Management Board.

Wiesław Malicki

Wiesław Malicki is a graduate of the University of Physical Education in Warsaw with a degree in teaching and coaching.
