PHN tops out the Apartamenty Jana Pawła 34 development project

poniedziałek, Kwiecień 13, 2026 - 16:27

At the construction site of the Apartamenty Jana Pawła 34 residential development, delivered by Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A., the traditional topping-out ceremony has taken place, marking the completion of the building’s highest structural point. The project is progressing in line with the schedule, with completion planned for Q1 2027.

The reinforced concrete structure has now been completed. The general contractor is moving on to the next stages of construction, including facade works, installation of window joinery, and internal building services.

Apartamenty Jana Pawła 34 is a development located in the very centre of Warsaw, involving the revitalisation and extension of an existing building. The project will give the property a new residential function, combining its original character with modern architectural solutions.

“Apartamenty Jana Pawła 34 has, from the outset, been an important part of PHN’s residential development strategy, and an example of a project based on the revitalisation and expansion of existing buildings. The topping-out marks a key milestone and confirms that the works are progressing according to plan. The project aligns with the objectives of the “New Start” strategy, under which we are consistently expanding our residential offering and strengthening this segment as one of the key pillars of the PHN Group’s operations,” said Jacek Krawczykowski, Vice President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.

The Apartamenty Jana Pawła 34 project stands out for its boutique character, with just 46 modern apartments planned across the development. The offer includes units of varying sizes (from 29 to 112 sq m) and layouts ranging from one to four rooms. The nine-storey, cascading building form has been designed to blend harmoniously with the dense urban fabric of central Warsaw. Residents of the upper floors will enjoy spacious terraces and loggias overlooking the Warsaw skyline. For the convenience of future residents, the two-level underground section will provide 41 parking spaces and storage units. The ground floor will be dedicated to retail and service premises, enhancing the local infrastructure along Jana Pawła II Avenue.

The general contractor for the project is UNIBEP S.A., an experienced company operating on the Polish market and responsible for the comprehensive delivery of construction works.

“We are celebrating an important milestone in another project delivered by Unibep for PHN. We have successfully completed joint projects in Warsaw and Łódź in the past. I am pleased that this unique development at Jana Pawła II Avenue 34 is also progressing according to schedule. This is made possible by strong cooperation with the project owner and the commitment and expertise of our team. Skills and professionalism are particularly important here due to the nature and location of the project, which presents numerous logistical and technological challenges,” said Leszek Gołąbiecki, Vice President of the Management Board of Unibep S.A.

In addition to this development, the PHN Group is currently delivering three other residential projects: Nowa Nakielska by PHN I in Bydgoszcz, Nowe Zabłocie in Kraków, and Młoda Białołęka III in Warsaw, which will bring over 460 new apartments to the market. Further residential projects are also in preparation, including the continuation of the prestigious Yacht Park development in Gdynia and the next phase of the ŁAN Estate in Wrocław. Premium projects are also planned in prestigious locations, such as Foksal 10 in Warsaw, where exclusive boutique apartments will be developed. Among the planned projects is also the revitalisation of the Wilanów Estate in Warsaw, where the first phase will deliver 89 apartments across four buildings.
