Polski Holding Nieruchomości, Polski Holding Hotelowy and the Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority entered into cooperation regarding building a new hotel facility on the Wolin Island.Today, the representatives of the three entities signed a letter of intent on this matter.
The new hotel is to be built on grounds belonging to the Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority and will be situated in Międzywodzie, at the location of the existing leisure center Portus at ul. Plażowa 4. The planned hotel will serve as a leisure center with an extensive SPA & Wellness zone and water attractions. As part of their cooperation, the parties will strive to develop the model and schedule of action, including a business plan and its particular rules.
“We are intensifying our investment program in various segments of the real estate market.This is yet another project in which we use our competences to provide project management services.The Międzywodzie project is part of our activities which increase the value of the PHN Group,” said Marcin Mazurek, President of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.
“Polski Holding Hotelowy will be the operator of the new hotel, which will probably be run under an international brand.We are happy that the Zachodniopomorskie Province has been chosen as its location as we recognize its high tourism and infrastructure potential.Given the dynamic development of the hotel sector and the mature market, we know that this facility will perfectly complement the region’s existing hotel base.The new project is part of our multiannual strategy involving urban hotels and facilities in tourism locations,” stressed Gheorghe Marian Cristescu, President of Polski Holding Hotelowy.
“Due to our real estate management optimization policy, the Management Board of the Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority decided to enter into cooperation with companies with the Treasury’s stake:Polski Holding Nieruchomości and Polski Holding Hotelowy.The investment project will result in constructing a hotel and leisure facility located on grounds owned by the Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority,” said Dariusz Śpiewak, Real Estate and Marketing Director, Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority.
