On Monday, the first listing of B-series bonds issued by Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. took place on the Catalyst Alternative Trading System operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
In December 2020, PHN carried out the first issue of B-series bonds with a value of PLN 325 million. The issue of bonds was carried out under a 7-year issue program with a value of up to PLN 1 billion, and the funds obtained from this issue will finance the company's ambitious investment plans. The sale of the first issue of 4-year bonds with a value of PLN 160 million took place in 2019.
“In the difficult times of the pandemic, yet another issue of our bonds has been welcomed by investors, which allowed us to raise funds on favorable terms. We will use the proceeds from this issue of bonds to finance our key commercial investments, such as SKYSAWA and INTRACO Prime office buildings in Warsaw, and for further expansion in the residential segment,” said Marcin Mazurek, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.
The banks handling the PHN bond issue program are: PKO Bank Polski S.A., Bank Pekao S.A., BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., Santander Bank Polska S.A. and mBank S.A., which acted as the co-organizer of the issue of B-series bonds. Financial investors, most of whom are investment funds, participated in the book building process.
325,000 B-series bearer bonds, each with a nominal value of PLN 1,000, were introduced to the Alternative Trading System on Catalyst.
