The construction site for SKYSAWA — the flagship project of Polski Holding Nieruchomości being built at ul. Świętokrzyska 36 in Warsaw — has been handed over on June 26 this year. The groundbreaking ceremony was held by the representatives of the investor — Polski Holding Nieruchomości — and the general contractor — PORR company.
“This is an important moment not only for Polski Holding Nieruchomości, but also for the city center of Warsaw. One of the most attractive commercial properties in Poland will be built here at ul. Świętokrzyska 36. SKYSAWA has an excellent location, high-quality space and numerous amenities. It is one of the few buildings in the capital with a direct connection to a metro station,” said Marcin Mazurek, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.
The general contractor of the SKYSAWA project is a consortium of three companies: PORR, TKT Engineering and ELIN. According to the schedule, the construction will take 36 months. Construction of Building A with an area of ca. 11,500 sq.m. is scheduled to complete in Q2 2021, and the construction of Building B — a 155-meter tower — in Q2 2022.
“We are pleased that the construction site for SKYSAWA has been handed over just a few days after signing the contract with the PHN Group. Works on the plot of land at ul. Świętokrzyska 36 are already in progress and will continue for the next 36 months. They will result in constructing our next showcase among Warsaw’s high-rise buildings,” said Dariusz Wietrzyński, responsible for building construction at PORR S.A.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Colliers International consulting company, which is responsible for the commercialization of SKYSAWA, and Gleeds Polska, which supervises the project.
