The cooperation between Polski Holding Nieruchomości and Polski Holding Hotelowy has resulted in signing a lease agreement for the Regent Warsaw Hotel with the right of first refusal. The proposal submitted by both companies has been selected in the tender process by the official receiver of Cosmar Polska. Both companies are planning to take immediate measures aimed at purchasing this facility, one of the most attractively located hotels in Warsaw, and transform it into one of the most stylish places in the city.
The Regent Warsaw Hotel (formerly: Hyatt Regency Warsaw) is located in the center of Warsaw, near the Łazienki Park, in the vicinity of main tourist attractions and important business venues. The 5-star hotel has 246 rooms, each of them designed to offer visitors comfortable stay in a quiet yet conveniently located neighborhood, right in the center of the Polish capital.
“Our activities during the current lockdown have been focused on several areas. While paying a lot of attention to social issues, we were also very active in our investment efforts, with the aim to strengthen our position on the hotel market. I am glad that the synergy of our cooperation with PHN has once more brought meaningful results. Once again we have proved that our company implements the strategy of our government in a consistent and informed manner, strengthening the domestic capital,” said Gheorghe Marian Cristescu, President of Polski Holding Hotelowy.
“This is yet another example of our successful alliance with Polski Holding Hotelowy. We consistently focus on the development of our hotel business, transforming into an even more balanced corporate group that is open to different opportunities and needs of our customers. We want to leverage the opportunity created by the Regent Warsaw Hotel. Our goal is to transform it into one of the most prestigious places in Warsaw where everyone wants to stay,” said Marcin Mazurek, President of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.
