A symbolic topping out ceremony has taken place on top of one of the seven buildings of the Młoda Białołęka housing estate located in the most dynamically developing part of Warsaw. This event signified the completion of the construction work stage. Of the 181 apartments offered as part of the second phase of the project, more than 47% have already found their owners – 84 development contracts and eight reservation agreements have been concluded.
The housing estate is located on Geodezyjna Street in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. The second phase includes the construction of seven intimate four-storey buildings with underground parking garage for 182 parking spaces. In addition, 12 outdoor parking spaces are planned. Future residents will also have 182 storage units and storage rooms at their disposal. The buildings also provide bicycles racks and storage rooms. The project will deliver apartments with very functional layouts, ideal for own arrangements, which will be distinguished by the above-standard height of the rooms – more than 2.90 meters. Ground-floor apartments will feature gardens, while upper floors will feature spacious balconies and terraces.
A number of environmentally friendly solutions are planned for the second stage of the Młoda Białołęka housing estate, such as a retention basin that serves simultaneously as a pond and rainwater reservoir that can be used for watering lawns, a flower meadow, trees and shrubs. In addition, bird houses will be installed within the green areas of the housing estate as well as on the roofs of residential buildings. To provide solar energy for the shared areas of the estate, a system for the assembly of PV modules will be installed.
“Today we are completing an important phase of the construction of the Młoda Białołęka housing estate, one of the four currently being built by the PHN Group, which will deliver more than 600 apartments to the market in Warsaw, Łódź, Kraków and Bydgoszcz. The residential segment is an important part of our business, which we intend to develop effectively in the coming years. Over the past five years, we have delivered more than 1,300 apartments, and there are more projects in the pipeline for nearly 700 units.” said Wiesław Malicki, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.
The fact that the second stage of the Młoda Białołęka estate enjoys great interest from customers and so many of them have placed their trust in us by choosing their dream apartment in our investment is a confirmation that our projects are implemented with attention to every detail, and the units are designed to meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers,” said Jacek Krawczykowski, Vice President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.
“Alfa-Bet Polska is a general contractor with many years of experience in the construction industry, which is why PHN Group has once again trusted us with the construction of the second stage of the Młoda Białołęka housing estate. At this point in the project, we have completed the construction of the buildings, i.e. the open shell, and all work is proceeding according to the approved schedule. Reaching another milestone in the implementation is a significant event for the project and the staff responsible for its implementation, as well as our subcontractors and suppliers. On such a special day as the symbolic topping out ceremony that marked the completion of the construction work, we want to thank our employees for their hard work and commitment. We look forward with joy and hope, knowing that our reliable work will turn into satisfaction of the project owner and its customers,” said Jakub Skiba, President of the Management Board of Alfa-Bet Polska.
The project implementation is proceeding according to the schedule. Construction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025, and the handover of apartments to new buyers will begin in the late third and early fourth quarters of 2025. Installation work in the garages and masonry work on the ground floor are currently underway. Any moment now, the facade work will begin.
