On May 17, 2017, Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. and Chopin Airport Development Sp. z o.o. signed a memorandum of understanding for potential collaboration that includes joint involvement in investment projects.
According to the memorandum, Polski Holding Nieruchomości and Chopin Airport Development will work together to identify opportunities for joint investment projects in the commercial construction area, including office buildings, hotels and technology infrastructure.
“Today’s memorandum of understanding aligns with the Polish government’s Gospodarka Plus (Economy Plus) initiative. Opportunities for collaboration between Polish companies jointly owned by the Treasury have been underutilized so far. By working together, acquiring clients together and doing profitable business together, Polish companies can boost their growth and gain greater advantage in the competitive marketplace. These benefits to the companies also mean benefits to the Polish society. By being successful, these companies contribute to Poland’s economic development and drive budget revenue, which is needed to support social investment programs such as Family 500 Plus,” said Andrzej Adamczyk, Minister of Infrastructure and Construction.

This collaboration is consistent with our strategic goals, which include pursuing investment projects in the areas of commercial construction and hotel construction as well as establishing relationships with other companies jointly owned by the Treasury to achieve and realize synergies,” said Maciej Jankiewicz, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.
