Statement
of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.
regarding the properties in the so-called Wilanów Wysoki estate in Warsaw
In reference to a post published on 16 March this year on the X platform by Mrs. Magdalena Biejat, Deputy Marshal of the Senate, Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. declares that it has never planned and does not plan to give away or sell to other developers the properties it owns in the so-called Wilanów Wysoki estate in Warsaw.
On the 4.3 ha owned in the area of Wilanowska Avenue and Lenza/Kubickiego Street, Królowej Marysieńki Street and Marconich Street, the PHN Group plans, after demolishing the old and degraded buildings, to build a complex of 16 multi-family buildings in four stages, consisting of about 600-800 mid-range apartments.
It is with them in mind that the complex, designed under a special act, provides for publicly accessible arranged areas for rest and recreation or sports (Polish: UTWORS) with an area of about 0.5 ha, located in the middle of the designed estate, as well as a kindergarten for 120 children with a playground and greenery envisaged. There will be more green areas than before.
The potential investment is in the process of consultations and analysis, and the start date of preparatory and construction works is unknown.
