With the decision of the Governor of the Pomorskie Voivodeship, PHN Group received the final permit for the construction of a marina forming part of the Yacht Park project located at ul. The Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. Group has entrusted the consortium consisting of Juvenes – Projekt Sp. z o.o. and INTEC PROJEKT Sp. z o.o. with the design a new office building that will be situated in the area currently occupied by a parking lot, in front of the existing INTRACO building, at Stawki 2 in Warsaw. Today, PHN Group concluded an agreement for the sale of its shares in Wrocław Industrial Park Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, constituting 50% of that company’s share capital, to SEGRO B.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam.
