Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. and Hillwood Polska Sp. z o.o. concluded a multi-year agreement on the construction and subsequent lease of warehouse and office area located in Hillwood & PHN Pruszków with DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. – a recognized provider of courier services.

Construction Site for the Yacht Park Project in Gdynia Handed Over to the General Contractor
PHN Group has officially handed the construction site for the Yacht Park project on the Molo Rybackie pier in Gdynia over to the General Contractor: Korporacja Budowlana Doraco Sp. z o.o. With the signing of the handover certificate, construction has commenced and the contractor has assumed responsibility for all activities performed on the site.

PHN Group chose Korporacja Budowalna Doraco Sp. z o.o. as the General Contractor for the first stage of the Yacht Park project located in Gdynia at ul. Arkadiusza Rybickiego 10. The company was selected in an open tender procedure recently announced by PHN Group. Korporacja Budowlana Doraco Sp. z o.o. will construct six residential buildings on more than 6,300 sq. m of land, accompanied by a state-of-the-art marina.
