The SKYSAWA tower, which is more than 155 meters high, has been awarded the final BREEAM sustainable construction certificate with the “Outstanding” rating with a score of 95.6%. The work on the expansion of the warehouse space and the supplementary office space of the PHN Pruszków logistics park has been completed. At the beginning of January, PHN handed over nearly 4,000 sq. m of modern and functional space to the tenant – DPD Polska. This means that DPD will have a warehouse with a total area of over 18,000 sq. m.
