The work on the expansion of the warehouse space and the supplementary office space of the PHN Pruszków logistics park has been completed. At the beginning of January, PHN handed over nearly 4,000 sq. m of modern and functional space to the tenant – DPD Polska. This means that DPD will have a warehouse with a total area of over 18,000 sq. m.

In the first three quarters of 2022, the PHN Group once again reported good financial performance thanks to its firmly pursued policy of diversifying operations and strictly controlling costs. The net profit for the first nine months of 2022 grew by 25 per cent compared with the same period last year, to PLN 54.4 million.
