PHN PRUSZKÓW logistic center is located in Parzniew, 3 km from „Pruszkow” (A2 highway) and 20 km from the Warsaw city center. The project comprises of 4 buildings with a total area of 55 000 sqm, located on 17 hectares site. The project was carried out by a joint venture of PHN S.A and Hillwood (U.S. established real estate developer). Park has excellent location with major routes: the A2 highway linking Warsaw - Poznan - Berlin, as well as access to the Warsaw Ring Road - S8 / S2. Next to the park is a local train station between Warsaw - Grodzisk.

In the very heart of the Central Business District at the ONZ Roundabout, PHN is carrying out its flagship office project. This modern class A high rise building will be an unquestionable addition to the Warsaw skyline. The project will deliver approx. a total of 39.000 sq. m. to future tenants.
