ŚWIEBODZIN LOGISTIC PROJECT

Under a joint venture agreement, the PHN Group and Hillwood Polska Group have completed a logistics and warehouse project along with accompanying infrastructure on PHN Group’s properties in Świebodzin. The construction of the warehouse in the BTS (built to suit) formula began in March 2019 and was completed in 2019.

Osiedle Olimpijczyk

The developer project at ul. Kusocińskiego 115 and 117 in Łodź (1st stage) covers the construction of 166 apartments located in two residential buildings. Yacht Park, being a unique project on a Polish and European scale, is located at Molo Rybackie Pier in Gdynia and developed independently by the Capital Group of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.
