PHN Group chose Mostostal Warszawa S.A. as the General Contractor for the second stage of VIS À VIS WOLA residential project being implemented at al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83 in Warsaw. Mostostal Warszawa will construct three modern multi-family buildings with a residential area of over 13,000 sq. m.
Currently, Mostostal Warszawa is implementing the 1st stage of VIS À VIS WOLA project for the PHN Group, which assumes the construction of 213 apartments. The second stage covers the construction of a complex of 3 multi-family residential buildings comprising 253 apartments with service facilities, underground garages and accompanying infrastructure and greenery. During both stages, a total of 466 apartments will be built with total usable area of 25,000 sq.m.
The VIS À VIS WOLA complex is being constructed by the district’s main thoroughfare — Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83. The residential complex in the Wola district will be distinguished by modern architectural form, varied numbers of storeys and a prominently exposed ground floor with service facilities. The lower part will include apartments with large balconies. The basement will also include bicycle and carriage storage, residents’ storage rooms, as well as technical rooms together with built-in transformer station.
The agreement with the General Contractor covers the execution of all construction works including external works on the property, e.g. works with terrain, construction of inter-residential networks, electrical power installations, telecommunications and sanitary installations, and works related to development of land and access roads. In addition, the General Contractor will be responsible for obtaining the occupancy permit.
