The PHN Group commenced the sale of the second stage of VIS À VIS WOLA estate located in Warsaw's Wola district at al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83. 253 apartments will be built during this stage and will be commissioned in H2 2020.
The second stage of the VIS À VIS WOLA project includes 253 apartments in three buildings (5-storey, 6-storey and 8-storey), as well as 7 service units. The offer includes functional apartments of various sizes, ranging from bachelor apartments to spacious, floor-room apartments. The area of the apartments will range from 26.0 sq.m. to 109.6 sq.m.
VIS À VIS WOLA estate will be distinguished by modern architectural form, varied numbers of storeys and service facilities on the ground floor. The basement will also include bicycle and carriage storage as well as residents’ storage rooms, and the inner courtyards will be perfect for leisure.
The project is implemented in three stages and each of them forms an integral whole. As part of the first and the second stage, residential buildings with commercial and service facilities on the ground floor are being constructed. The first stage of the project is currently under construction. 213 apartments developed under this stage are planned to be commissioned in Q3 2019. Mostostal Warszawa S.A. is the general contractor for both project stages. The third stage will be the construction of a state-of-the-art office building located at al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83, the project will provide the Warsaw market with over 15,000 sq.m. of leasable area.
