Description: 

Marina Office is a state-of-the-art A-class office complex which will provide the Gdynia market with a total of ca. 27,000 sq.m. of rental area. It will consist of three independent 5-storey buildings centered around an internal green patio. The south-west part of front building A will have a mezzanine serving as a dominant feature. The buildings are inspired by a shell, with its rough outer surface and smooth opalescent interior. Office interiors can be arranged with a high degree of freedom, making it easy to adapt the rental spaces to the expectations of both large and smaller businesses.

 

Status of work: 

In the perfect location of the Molo Rybackie pier in Gdynia, the modern complex of high quality office buildings are being constructed. Its closeness to Zatoka Gdańska Bay and the view over Skwer Kościuszki makes it a unique and extraordinary project. The office buildings will be located in the very centre of Gdynia close to the city’s main thoroughfares, and will have convenient public transport links with other parts of the Tri-City. 
The procedure for obtaining a building permit is underway.
