Description: 

Marina Office is a state-of-the-art A-class office complex which will provide the Gdynia market with a total of ca. 27,000 sq.m. of rental area. It will consist of three independent 5-storey buildings centered around an internal green patio. The south-west part of front building A will have a mezzanine serving as a dominant feature. The buildings are inspired by a shell, with its rough outer surface and smooth opalescent interior. Office interiors can be arranged with a high degree of freedom, making it easy to adapt the rental spaces to the expectations of both large and smaller businesses.

Status of work: 

The investment area will be included in the competition for the development of the Fishery Pier area in Gdynia. Further activities for the MARINA BY PHN project, including: the commencement of design and construction works will depend on the prevailing situation on the rental market.
