Description:

In the first stage, the housing estate will include the construction of three residential buildings with 170 apartments and the same number of parking spaces in underground garages. The usable residential area will be approximately 9,814 sq m.

Status of work:

An agreement with the general contractor was signed. In October 2024, the construction site was handed over to the general contractor. Construction work has commenced.
