Description:

In the first stage, the housing estate will include the construction of three residential buildings with 170 apartments and the same number of parking spaces in underground garages. The usable residential area will be approximately 9,814 sq m.

Status of work:

The procedure for selecting the general contractor for the first stage of the investment has been completed. Demolition works of the existing buildings were carried out.
