Pani Kamila Szmorlińska posiada ponad 25-letnie doświadczenie zawodowe w obszarze nadzoru właścicielskiego. Zastępca Dyrektora Departamentu Nadzoru Właścicielskiego w Ministerstwie Aktywów Państwowych, obecnie kierująca pracami Departamentu. Odpowiedzialna za wykonywanie nadzoru właścicielskiego nad spółkami z udziałem Skarbu Państwa, w tym o istotnym znaczeniu dla gospodarki państwa oraz notowanych na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych.

Cezary Nowosad has extensive experience managing commercial entities. He has served as a member of the management boards of investment companies and enterprises listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He also has experience in the supervisory boards of both state-owned and private sector companies as well as listed companies in regulated markets.
