Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. won the prestigious Eagle prize awarded by the “WPROST” weekly in the Business Leader category in Mazowieckie province.
“On behalf of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. I would like to thank you for this prestigious distinction. It is an honor. We are trying to effectively fulfill all the expectations of our tenants and property buyers,” said Zbigniew Kulewicz, Vice-President of the Management Board, who received the award on behalf of the company.
When awarding the Eagle to PHN S.A., the jury of the competition organized by “WPROST” paid close attention to the significant increase in management efficiency in areas such as lease efficiency, financial ratios, and consistent implementation of an ambitious investment program.
The Eagles of “WPROST” weekly are awarded to companies, local governments and prominent personalities in the region, as well as to international projects that make a special contribution to the development of economy, region and country. The Eagles of “WPROST” weekly refer to the prize presented to the publisher of “WPROST” weekly, Michał Maciej Lisiecki, by the Institute of President Ryszard Kaczorowski. The symbol of distinction is the National Emblem of Poland — the White Eagle — which hung at the seat of The President and The Government of the Second Polish Republic at 43 Eaton Place in London (the so called “Castle”) since 1945. In 2018, the Eagles of “WPROST” weekly were awarded for the third time.
