Polski Holding Nieruchomości has successfully carried out the first issue of 4-year bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 160 million. Bonds are issued under the bond issue program established by PHN in April this year. The company will use the acquired funds for the implementation of the investment program.
A-series bonds, each with a nominal value of PLN 1,000, are unsecured bonds with the maturity date of June 2023. The bonds’ interest rate is variable and equal to WIBOR 6M + 2.4% interest margin.
“For Polski Holding Nieruchomości, this is the first issue of corporate bonds. We have acquired the planned funds for the implementation of our commercial projects, achieving a very good structure and value of the issue and a satisfactory margin. We perceive investors’ interest as an expression of their trust and recognition for our Company and the planned investment program,” said Marcin Mazurek, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.
Financial investors, most of whom were investment funds, participated in the book building process. The proceeds from the issue of bonds will provide a source of financing for the implementation of certified commercial investment projects — three A-class buildings in Warsaw, i.e. a modern skyscraper at ul. Świętokrzyska 36 in Warsaw, an office building at ul. Stawki 2 (Intraco Prime) and an office building at al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83, and an A-class office complex in Gdynia (Marina Office).
