There is smooth and rapid progress in construction works at the new INSTA 21 housing estate being built by the Polski Holding Nieruchomości Group in Warsaw at ul. Instalatorów 21. A topping out ceremony was held at the project site, which means that structural construction works have been completed and the building has reached its target height.

The housing estate located in Warsaw’s Włochy district includes 87 apartments with total usable area of 4,000 sq.m. Most apartments have already been bought. Construction works are expected to be completed in Q3 of next year.

“Construction works at the INSTA 21 housing estate are being carried out according to the schedule. The project receives significant interest from customers due to its attractive location and high building quality,”said Tomasz Górnicki, Vice-President for Investment, Polski Holding Nieruchomości.

The PHN’s new project is located near the Szczęśliwicki Park with a ski lift open all year round and an open-air swimming pool complex open in summer. In addition to green areas, there are also numerous stores, service outlets and a shopping center near the housing estate. The apartments have functional and easily adaptable layouts. Most of them are two- and three-room flats with an area of 40 to 70 sq.m. The residents will also have access to parking spaces in the underground car park and to storage rooms. The building will include three service outlets.

“This is our next investment in the rapidly developing residential construction segment. Our plans include more projects that we are working on intensively,” added Tomasz Górnicki.

The general contractor for this project is Chemobudowa-Kraków, a PHN Capital Group company with extensive experience in delivering residential buildings and public, recreational and sport facilities.

“Chemobudowa-Kraków S.A., a company with more than 70 years experience, has been absent in the Warsaw market for a long time. We are happy that the PHN Group allowed us to return to this market with their investment. Thanks to this, we can launch our branch office in Warsaw. I believe this is the first sign of next contracts with them and a way for the PHN Group to strengthen their position in the Polish construction market.” said Andrzej Wyszyński, President of the Management Board, Chemobudowa-Kraków S.A.

As part of its business diversification strategy, the PHN Group is rapidly strengthening its position in the residential construction segment. In addition to the INSTA 21 housing project, the company continues the construction of the Olimpijczyk housing estate in Łódź and the Młoda Białołęka housing estate in Warsaw. Also, the company launched the procedures for the selection of general contractors for their next housing projects: the Kolejowa 19 housing estate in Warsaw, the Zatorska housing estate in Wrocław and the second stage of the Młoda Białołęka housing estate. As part of its immediate plans, the company also wants to start the construction of a new housing estate in Bydgoszcz at ul. Nakielska.
