Polski Holding Nieruchomości has signed a contract with ALSTAL, i.e. the general contractor for the first stage of the Nowa Nakielska by PHN project, located in the center of Bydgoszcz at Nakielska Street. As part of this stage, which will take about 20 months to complete, 170 apartments ranging from 27 sqm to 92 sqm will be built.

Nowa Nakielska by PHN is a multi-stage project on the site of the former Woodworking Machine Factory that will combine various functions – primarily residential, but also commercial. The first stage, at ul. Nakielska 53, involves the construction of three residential buildings with an underground garage for 170 cars.

In total, five stages of Nowa Nakielska by PHN are planned, with 13 buildings delivering almost 600 apartments to the market. In addition to the housing estate, recreational and green areas, a playground and places for bicycles will be built. In the next stage, PHN assumes the revitalization of historical buildings located in this area, i.e. the assembly plant and Blumwe’s villa, in accordance with conservation guidelines, so that they are available to residents and the local community.

“In many respects, Nowa Nakielska by PHN is a unique project for us. It is the first PHN investment in Bydgoszcz, implemented on the former site of the Woodworking Machine Factory, where there are several buildings of considerable historical value for the city and of sentimental one for its residents. Therefore, we are aware of the great importance of the project and social expectations towards it that only such an experienced investor as PHN can meet. We want a completely different space to be created in place of the degraded, post-industrial and unused land – a new fragment of the city’s fabric, which will become an important point on the map of Bydgoszcz, vibrant with life and with a fascinating history in the background,” said Wiesław Malicki, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.

“We would like to thank Polski Holding Nieruchomości for the trust it has placed in us by choosing ALSTAL as the general contractor for the Nowa Nakielska by PHN project. As a company from Bydgoszcz, we are glad that such an interesting project is being developed in our city. The revitalization of this area is an important step in the transformation of the post-industrial parts of Bydgoszcz into modern and functional spaces. Such projects are crucial for the development of Bydgoszcz, especially in areas that combine modernity with the city’s historical, industrial heritage. At ALSTAL, we place great emphasis on the quality and timeliness of implementation. We are currently implementing several housing estate projects in the largest cities in Poland,” said Jarosław Szczupak, President of the Management Board of ALSTAL Grupa Budowlana.

Nowa Nakielska by PHN features an excellent location – in the Wilczak housing estate, a district in the western part of Bydgoszcz, in the vicinity of the Bydgoszcz Canal and a short distance from the city center. There are tram and bus lines near the property. In addition to this project, PHN Group is currently implementing five residential investments that will deliver over 750 apartments to the market. Furthermore, the company’s immediate plans include four new housing projects with a total of almost 400 apartments.
