List of shareholders with at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of September 2, 2015

Article 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering – List of shareholders with at least 5% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders

The Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (the “Company”) hereby provides a list of shareholders with at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened for September 2, 2015:

1. THE STATE TREASURY:
   32,655,617 votes, which constituted 89.00% of votes at the General Meeting and 69.98% of the total number of votes in the Company
2. NATIONALE-NEDERLANDEN OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY:
   2,700,000 votes, which constituted 7.36% of votes at the General Meeting and 5.79% of the total number of votes in the Company.

Legal basis:
Article 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies of July 29, 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 185, item 1439).
