(the “Company”) hereby informs that on June 24, 2015, it received a resignation from Mr. Józef Banach, President of the Company’s Supervisory Board, effective from June 24, 2015 in accordance with the Article 4.1 of the Act of March 3, 2000 on Remuneration of Persons Running Certain Legal Entities.
