PHN Group has chosen Mostostal Warszawa as the general contractor for the 1st stage of the “Vis a Vis Wola” project located at al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83 in Warsaw. The Central Branch Mostostal Warszawa will construct two modern multi-family buildings with a total area of over 30,000 sq.m.
The complex “Vis a Vis Wola I” will be situated by the district’s main thoroughfare – Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83. Under the agreement, Mostostal Warszawa is to implement the 1st stage of the project, i.e. two residential buildings with underground garages and a recreational courtyard. The residential complex in the Wola district will be distinguished by modern architectural form, varied numbers of storeys and a prominently exposed ground floor with service facilities. The lower part will include apartments with large balconies. The part with varied height (from 1 to 9 above-ground storeys) will have bigger apartments. The complex will include a total of 213 apartments with total usable area of 12,162.6 sq.m. Between the buildings, there will be an internal green square with a small pond and recreational area for residents. Each building will also have an independent underground garage with shared exit ramp. The basement will also include bicycle and carriage storage, residents’ storage rooms, as well as technical rooms together with built-in transformer station. The buildings’ roofs will be flat, which will enable residents to use them as terraces, while the underground garage will be covered by green roofs.
Apart from constructing multi-family buildings, the contract also covers developing technical infrastructure, including sanitary installations together with necessary terminals, and electric and communications installations including terminals (e.g. moving the transformer station to the -1 level). As part of developing the area, Mostostal Warszawa will also provide internal passages, a playground, landscaping, a hedge and internal lighting. In addition, it will be responsible for obtaining the occupancy permit.
