Today, PHN Group and NOKIA – the global leader in technological innovation, signed the office space rental agreement in the modern building, Domaniewska Office Hub, located in the business centre in Mokotów. NOKIA will occupy more than 6,000 sq.m, and the space will be available already in October this year. PHN Group concluded a long-term rental agreement with the new tenant.

Thanks to research and innovation, NOKIA delivers the widest array of products, services and licenses communications to service providers, governments, large enterprises and clients. NOKIA is creating 5G infrastructure and the Internet of Things (IoT), and also new applications of virtual reality and digital health. It provides solutions to more than 80% largest telecoms.
PHN - Domaniewska Office Hub located in ul. Rodziny Hiszpańskich 8 in Warsaw is a modern complex awarded BREEAM certificate with an “excellent" rating. Domaniewska Office Hub received the first prize in the competition for the best Construction of the Year 2015, organized by the Polish Association of Civil Engineers and Technicians (PZITB) with the participation of the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy, and the General Office of Building Control. Domaniewska Office Hub consists of two connected seven-storey buildings, designed and fitted out according to the latest trends in workspace planning. The current tenants include e.g. Poczta Polska S.A. With today's agreement with NOKIA, Domaniewska Office Hub becomes fully commercialized.
We are delighted that our tenants are joined by another prestigious company, a telecom and technology leader, who will create e.g. a research laboratory in the rented space. PHN space becomes a place for running modern and innovative business. In our property, one can use the pay-per-minute car rental network, and new projects will see electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. We are also open to start-ups. In accordance with our plan, Domaniewska Office Hub was commercialized and thus one of the subsequent points of our strategy for 2017-2023 was delivered, saidMaciej Jankiewicz, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.
