Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. Group, with the decision of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw, received final permit for building a residential complex – the VIS á VIS Wola situated in al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83 in Warsaw. As part of stage 1 of the project, modern residential buildings with total area of more than 25,000 sq.m. will be built.
The decision of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw which approves the building design means that the foundation stone will soon be laid for that unique project and construction will begin. Mostostal Warszawa is the General Contractor of stage 1 of the project, with the completion estimated for 2019.
The complex “Vis a Vis Wola I” will be situated by the district’s main thoroughfare – Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83. Stage 1 of the project includes implementation of two residential buildings with underground garages and a recreational courtyard. The residential complex in the Wola district will be distinguished by modern architectural form, varied numbers of storeys and a prominently exposed ground floor with service facilities. Stage 1 of the project assumes the construction of ca. 213 apartments. Stage 2 of the residential project is under preparation, whereby subsequent 253 apartments will be built. For stage 2 of the VIS á VIS Wola project, PHN Group has a final building permit. Stage 3 of the Project in al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia which assumes implementation of a new office building with the area of more than 13,500 sq.m. that separates the residential complex from the Wola district’s main thoroughfare is also planned.
We have the pleasure to announce that we obtained both building permits required for the Vis a’ Vis Wola project, and we have completed the formal and legal preparations. This year, this is the second construction project implemented by PHN Group, where construction will soon commence. We are deeply convinced that functional and stylish solutions offered by Vis a’ Vis Wola will satisfy the needs and thus fulfill the expectations of future residents.
