PHN Group chose Korporacja Budowalna Doraco Sp. z o.o. as the General Contractor for the first stage of the Yacht Park project located in Gdynia at ul. Arkadiusza Rybickiego 10. The company was selected in an open tender procedure recently announced by PHN Group. Korporacja Budowlana Doraco Sp. z o.o. will construct six residential buildings on more than 6,300 sq. m of land, accompanied by a state-of-the-art marina.
The General Contractor has provided long-term warranties on the work areas essential to the durability and correct functioning of both the luxury apartment complex and the marina, including elevations, water insulation, window frames and all-concrete pontoons.
Under the project located at the Molo Rybackie pier in Gdynia, a luxury apartment complex will be built, consisting of six 5-story buildings with a modern marina and a promenade with boutiques and restaurants. Yacht Park will contribute more than 13,000 sq. m of useable space to Gdańsk’s property market, including approx. 9,500 sq. m of residential space in 135 high-class apartments. Premises located on the ground floor will have a retail and service function. Yacht Park’s uniqueness will be complemented by a modern marina inspired by the best yacht ports in the world. It will provide yacht owners with 120 berthing spaces backed by professional facilities tailored to their needs and expectations.
