Construction Site for the Yacht Park Project in Gdynia Handed Over to the General Contractor
PHN Group has officially handed the construction site for the Yacht Park project on the Molo Rybackie pier in Gdynia over to the General Contractor: Korporacja Budowlana Doraco Sp. z o.o. With the signing of the handover certificate, construction has commenced and the contractor has assumed responsibility for all activities performed on the site.
The agreement with Korporacja Budowlana Doraco Sp. z o.o. covers the construction of six 5-story residential buildings with service facilities and underground garages. In addition, the contract includes the delivery of the associated infrastructure.
Under the project located at the Molo Rybackie pier in Gdynia (ul. Arkadiusza Rybickiego 10), a luxury apartment complex will be built, consisting of six 5-story buildings with a modern marina and a promenade with boutiques and restaurants. Yacht Park will contribute more than 13,000 sq. m of useable space to Gdańsk’s residential property market, including approx. 9,500 sq. m of residential space in 135 high-class apartments. Premises located on the ground floor will have a retail and service function.
