In November this year, PHN Group signed lease agreements with City Security and FALCK Medycyna for office space in Intraco – one of PHN’s key office buildings, located near Warsaw’s business center. Moreover, December 7 saw the official opening of the Warsaw office of Doraco Construction Corporation in Foksal 10 building belonging to PHN Group.
City Security will move into the Intraco building until the end of January 2017 and will occupy nearly 1,000 sq.m. PHN signed a long-term agreement with the new tenant. City Security Group is one of the leading companies in the Polish security market. It has been providing end-to-end solutions in the area of the security of people and property, technical security solutions and cleaning services throughout Poland for over 10 years. With many years of experience and a team of highly qualified professionals, City Security provides business solutions at the highest level, meeting highest security standards.
Nearly 600 sq.m. of Intraco will also be occupied by the new FALCK Medical Center. FALCK Medycyna is one of the largest providers of emergency medical services in Poland and an entity providing end-to-end medical care to companies, individuals and public institutions. The new tenant will move into Intraco already in December.
Intraco office building is situated in an attractive location in the capital. Situated at ul. Stawki 2, close to the Dworzec Gdański metro station, it offers tenants easy access by public transport and the proximity of other companies and public administration offices.
In the building located at ul. Foksal 10, a new office of Doraco Construction Corporation was opened, with an area of over 250 sq.m. Doraco Construction Corporation is the leader in the Pomeranian construction market, operating in entire Poland. The company is the General Contractor of the Centrum Marszałkowska project in Warsaw which is implemented by BBI Development S.A. in cooperation with Warszawska Spółdzielnia Spożywców Społem on the site of the former department store “SEZAM”. Doraco Construction Corporation also conducts the project of renovating and expanding the department store SMYK (formerly CDT – Central Department Store) located in the center of Warsaw at the crossroads of ul. Krucza, Al. Jerozolimskie and ul. Bracka. Doraco Construction Corporation is part of the Hass Holding Group which is the parent company of entities operating in the area of construction, real estate brokerage, shipping and logistics that are global leaders in cocoa transport.
