Henry Ross Perot Jr. at a meeting at PHN

A meeting was held today between President of The Perot Companies Mr. Ross Perot Jr. and President of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. Mr. Maciej Jankiewicz.Participants discussed the possibilities of further cooperation.Together with Hillwood Group, PHN Group is constructing the Hillwood & PHN Pruszków logistics park, with a total area of over 80,000 sq.m.At today’s meeting, the parties discussed work progress as well as further cooperation in the area of constructing other logistics centers in Poland.

Mr. Ross Perot, Jr. is President of The Perot Companies and manages the portfolio of Perot companies, operating in the area of real estate, oil and gas, and financial investments. Perot is also President of Hillwood company, which he established in 1988. Thanks to his engagement and completion of many highest quality projects, Hillwood has become one of 10 leading real estate companies in the United States and one of the best property developers in Dallas-Fort Worth. It was a similar case with Perot Systems Corporation, an IT company established in 1988, in which Perot served as Board Member, CEO (2000–2004) and President (2004–2009), until its successful acquisition by Dell Inc. During his term on the Board, Perot Systems became a multi-billion dollar global company, with over 24,000 employees in North America, Europe and Asia.

Mr. Ross Perot, Jr. is the son of Mr. Ross Perot – an American entrepreneur, politician and billionaire who made his fortune on Electronic Data Systems and Perot Systems. Perot was a presidential candidate in 1992 and 1996. In the 1992 election he enjoyed high support in opinion polls, which enabled him to take part in TV debates as the first third-party candidate – his running mate was James Stockdale, a retired United States Navy vice admiral. Ross Perot obtained 19% of votes despite withdrawing from the campaign for a few months. It was the best result obtained by a third-party candidate since 1912.
