Polski Holding Nieruchomości received the final permit for the construction of INTRACO Prime, which will be built in the immediate vicinity of one of Warsaw’s first high-rise buildings — INTRACO, at ul. Stawki 2 in Warsaw. The project will provide 14,000 sq.m. of A-class modern office space.
The decision of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw which approves the building design means that the PHN Group will commence the construction of INTRACO Prime in 2019. The completion of construction is scheduled for 2021. A procedure for selecting the general contractor is currently in progress.
“We work intensively on the implementation of our investment program and we are achieving the expected growth dynamics. We have recently started the construction of SKYSAWA — our flagship project which will be built at ul. Świętokrzyska 36 in Warsaw, and we commissioned Marina Yacht Park in Gdynia. Now we have received the construction permit for INTRACO Prime, and we hope that we will soon receive the permit for the construction of a complex of buildings as part of the Marina Office project. We have more office projects planned for the future,” said Marcin Mazurek, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.
INTRACO Prime will be a modern, 8-storey office building with retail and service facilities on the ground floor, and a 3-level underground car park. It has been designed in accordance with the latest trends in workspace planning and will have a BREEAM certificate with a “Very Good” rating. The INTRACO office building will be located in the northern part of the Śródmieście (city center) district, close to the historic Old Town. With the Dworzec Gdański metro station as well as tram and bus lines nearby, it will have quick and convenient links to other parts of the city. The building at ul. Stawki 2 has been designed by a consortium of design studios Juvenes-Projekt and Pracownia Obsługi Inwestorów Pro-Invest.
