The Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. Group has entrusted the consortium consisting of Juvenes – Projekt Sp. z o.o. and INTEC PROJEKT Sp. z o.o. with the design a new office building that will be situated in the area currently occupied by a parking lot, in front of the existing INTRACO building, at Stawki 2 in Warsaw. The investment will provide approx. 12,000 sq.m. of A-class leasable area for the future tenants.

PHN Group is developing a modern A-class office building that will replace the parking lot in front of the existing Intraco Tower. This new project will include an 8-storey part with retail and service facilities located at the ground floor, and a 7-storey office block with total area of approx. 12,000 sq.m. The new building will be located in the northern part of downtown Warsaw, close to the historic Old Town. With the Dworzec Gdański metro station, as well as tram and bus stops in the vicinity, it has excellent transport links to other parts of the city. The Arkadia and Klif shopping malls are also located nearby.

The building´s architecture will harmonize with the existing INTRACO Tower, an important part of Warsaw skyline, fitting perfectly into its surroundings.

“We are pleased to work again with a reliable partner, with many years of experience in the highest quality development projects. The winning project, prepared by the Juvenes architectural studio, contains the best architectural, conceptual, functional and communications solutions. In addition, it presents the most feasible options that allow us to obtain favorable economic parameters, such as optimized rental area and investment costs,” said Maciej Jankiewicz, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.
