Polski Holding Nieruchomości concluded an annex with MAZOP regarding the extension of rental period and increase of space in the warehouse park owned by PHN near Warsaw. Thus, the area of logistics center has been rented in 100%.
Under the signed agreement, MAZOP group, which specializes in the production of cardboard packaging and the processing of polyethylene and polyurethane foams, has rented additional 4,972 sq.m. of space and extended the rental of 3,621 sq.m. of the warehouse occupied until now.
“With the dynamic development of e-commerce and logistics services in Poland, the customers become more interested in renting high-class properties from the warehouse segment. This applies in particular to properties that have great locations in the vicinity of important transport hubs, such as our PHN Pruszków warehouse park. The warehouse property segment remains a significant part of our development strategy. We are planning more investments in this area,” said Marcin Mazurek, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.
PHN Pruszków project includes 4 warehouse buildings with a total area of ca. 50,600 sq.m. situated on 17 hectares of land. The center is located near Parzniew, 3 km from the “Pruszków” junction (A2 motorway) and 20 km from Warsaw’s city center. It provides excellent access to the country’s main transport routes: the A2 motorway connecting Warsaw with Poznań and Berlin as well as Warsaw’s ring road — the S8/S2. A railway station on the Warsaw–Grodzisk line is located close by, and Warsaw Chopin Airport is just 15 km away.
