Polski Holding Nieruchomości and Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie have signed a letter of intent, paving the way for cooperation in real estate management. The joint activities are aimed at optimizing the use of real estate assets and supporting the growth-oriented projects of both institutions.
The agreement provides for establishing cooperation covering analysis of real estate assets, preparation of development concepts and raising financing for growth-oriented projects. The cooperation will include initiatives that foster sustainable water management to better align real estate projects with environmental and natural resource conservation requirements.

Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie is responsible for water management in Poland, including protecting residents from floods and drought, sustainably managing water resources, and ensuring good water quality for present and future generations.
