The letter of intent specifies that Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. and Pomorska Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna Sp. z o.o. intend to enter into cooperation consisting in taking advantage of each other’s potential, possibilities and expertise in the form of joint efforts regarding PHN Group’s properties.

Planned cooperation may include adding to the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone the properties which are located in the immediate vicinity of the main roads in Pomorskie and Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeships, including the property on the Firoga estate in Gdańsk.

“We have the pleasure to announce the signing of a letter of intent on potential cooperation with Pomeranian Special Economic Zone in order to attract various investments supporting the development of business activity within the zone. With their attractive location close to Lech Walesa Airport in Gdańsk and S6 express road, PHN Group’s properties will certainly provide potential investors with favorable financial options,” said Maciej Jankiewicz, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.

“This cooperation is yet another step towards implementing a new industrial policy. I think that with optimal use of each party’s potential, this kind of cooperation will bring new development possibilities for companies operating in our zone both now and in future,” said Aleksandra Jankowska, President of Pomorska Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna sp. z o.o. “First ideas have already emerged. Together with our new partner, we are considering the possibility of building an industrial park,” she adds.
