PHN Group officially handed over to the General Contractor - Mostostal Warszawa – the construction site for Vis á Vis Wola project in Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83. The signature of the handover protocol for the construction site means start of construction and contractor's responsibility for any activities at the construction site.
The agreement with Mostostal Warszawa S.A. covers implementation of the 1st stage of construction, i.e. two residential buildings with underground garages and a recreational yard. The contract also contains performance of technical infrastructure including: sanitary installations together with necessary terminals, and electric and communications installations including terminals. As part of developing the area, Mostostal Warszawa will also provide internal passages, a playground, landscaping, a hedge and external lighting. Also, the contractor's obligations include use permit.
A residential complex as part of Vis á Vis Wola in Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83 will provide 213 apartments in the 1st stage with a total area of ca. 13,000 sq.m., situated in two multi-family buildings with underground garages and a recreational yard. The project will be distinguished by modern architectural form, varied numbers of storeys and a prominently exposed ground floor with service facilities. The next stages of the project include 253 apartments and a modern office building, which will provide more than 13,500 sq.m. of total area. PHN Group has already obtained the necessary final permits for building both stages of the residential complex.
We are delighted that the construction site was handed over to the General Contractor today, considering that a few weeks ago we obtained the final permit for building the 1st stage of the project.
