PHN launches its first residential investment in Wroclaw

Thursday, June 2, 2022 - 14:12

PHN Group has started the construction of its first residential investment in Wrocław on Zatorska Street. The sale of 172 apartments with a total usable area of over 8,000 square meters will begin in June this year. The general contractor of the investment is Chemobudowa-Kraków, a company from the PHN Group. The construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024.

The cosy housing estate will be built in the dynamically developing Zakrzów district, located in a quiet part of the city. The district is well connected with other parts of Wrocław, with easy access to main roads and the A2 highway. In addition to green areas, there are also stores and services in the vicinity of the planned estate.

“Our first residential project in Wrocław is in line with PHN Group’s strategy to be present in major regional cities. The advantage of this investment is the proximity of nature and recreational areas, which favors people who spend their free time actively, valuing the balance between life and work,” said Tomasz Sztonyk, Member of the Management Board for Managing Property Assets, Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.

The estate will mostly consist of two- and three-room apartments with an average size of 41 to 57 sq.m. and a functional layout. Residents will have at their disposal parking spaces in the underground garage and outside, as well as storage rooms. Apartments located on the ground floor will have large gardens. The inner courtyard will include a playground. Seven commercial premises are also planned within the estate.

“This is another investment whose general contractor will be a company from our Group – Chemobudowa-Kraków. It is a company with extensive experience in the implementation of residential and public buildings, which ensures a high standard of investment implementation. We can already see the first synergy effects from the use of potential and know-how within the companies of PHN Group in the implementation of our investments,”  said Tomasz Sztonyk.

“We are very pleased to be able to start the construction of a housing estate on the Wrocław market. We are convinced that our extensive experience in the execution of various investments, our reliability, as well as high competence of PHN Group, constitute the best guarantee of a smooth implementation process of this interesting project,” said Andrzej Wyszyński, President of the Management Board, Chemobudowa - Kraków S.A.

In line with the planned diversification of its operations, PHN Group is consistently strengthening its position in the residential segment. Currently, three investments are being carried out, and the company has also selected a general contractor for the Warsaw housing estate at ul. Kolejowa 19.
