Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. Group will implement Yacht Park, a unique development project in Poland and Europe situated by the Molo Rybackie pier in Gdynia, on its own. Under the project, PHN will build a luxurious residential complex, a modern marina and a promenade with boutiques and restaurants.
The project will consist of six 5-storey multi-family residential buildings which will occupy an area of ca. 6,300 sq.m. The complex will have a total usable area of 12,000 sq.m., including 135 apartments with a total area of ca. 9,600 sq.m. Premises located on the ground floor will have a retail and service function. The project will also include constructing a marina for 120 units.
“Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. Group expands its development competences and takes efforts to achieve a strong position in the commercial and residential development market. We have therefore decided to continue the Yacht Park project on our own and terminate the cooperation with mLocum S.A. I am convinced that under this project, a state-of-the-art complex of apartments will be constructed, which will enjoy huge popularity due to its unique location,” said Maciej Jankiewicz, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.
In June this year, the Group completed demolishing the existing constructions on Molo Rybackie at ul. Arkadiusza Rybickiego for the purpose of the Yacht Park project. Construction works are planned to start in 2017, and the project will be completed in 2019.
