SKYSAWA will soon be built at ul. Świętokrzyska 36 in Warsaw. The name of the new project of Polski Holding Nieruchomości combines modernity with a fresh look at the capital’s old legend.

The name “SKYSAWA” was created by combining the words “sky” and “Sawa”. The first one refers to the architecture, the 155-meter tower included in the PHN office complex, as well as the development opportunities offered by a state-of-the-art, well-located investment. On the other hand, “Sawa” refers to a Warsaw legend according to which the mermaid Sawa together with Wars established a settlement named Warsaw — today the biggest city in Poland.

“The investment that will be one of the crucial locations in Warsaw’s skyline required a name that emphasizes its modernity while also referring to the city’s tradition. SKYSAWA will be a new, timeless symbol of the capital, a place where tenants will have perfect conditions for development, including the central location, high-quality space and numerous amenities,” said Marcin Mazurek, President of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.

Construction of the flagship project of Polski Holding Nieruchomości will commence in the coming days. We already have the final permit for the construction of this project. A state-of-the-art office and commercial complex with an area of ca. 40,000 sq.m. will be built on a plot of land in the quarter of Świętokrzyska, Twarda, Mariańska and aleja Jana Pawła II streets. Excellent location of the facility — in the very center of Warsaw and in close vicinity of the Central Railway Station and public transport — will provide easy access from every part of the city. The building’s unquestionable asset will be its direct connection to the Rondo ONZ metro station. The project’s commercialization is managed by Colliers International consulting company.
