In the second half of November, Parzniew Logistics Center 1 sp. z o.o., a company jointly owned by Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (“PHN”) and Parzniew Partners BV, a Hillwood Group (“Hillwood”) company, signed agreements with Rexxer and Sopro for the lease of warehouse and office space at the Hillwood & PHN Pruszków warehouse center. The agreements with the new tenants are long-term contracts for more than 4,000 sq. m of storage space.
According to the agreements, construction chemicals manufacturer Sopro will gain access to more than 2,500 sq. m of space, and tool manufacturer Rexxer will lease more than 1,700 sq. m. Rexxer and Sopro have joined Cosentino and Westwing as long-term tenants in the first warehouse building completed as part of the Hillwood & PHN Pruszków project.
“The ability to acquire new tenants in addition to Cosentino and Westwing within such a short amount of time is a testimony to the attractiveness of the Hillwood & PHN Pruszków warehouse center’s lease offerings. Construction of the first stage has been completed, and the occupancy rate now stands at around 85 percent. As a result, we are planning to begin the construction of the next building as early as next year,” said Maciej Jankiewicz, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.
Ultimately, the Hillwood & PHN Pruszków project will include 6 buildings with a total area of approx. 100,000 sq. m. situated on 22 hectares of land. The warehouse project has an excellent location – in Parzniew, 3 km from the “Pruszków” junction (A2 motorway) and 20 km from Warsaw’s city center. The project provides excellent access to the country’s main transport routes: the A2 motorway connecting Warsaw with Poznań and Berlin as well as Warsaw’s ring road – the S8/S2. A railway station on the Warsaw–Grodzisk line is located close by, and Warsaw Chopin Airport is just 15 km away.
