PHN is preparing a new attractive offer under which selected properties will be assigned for residential rental as well as for sale. A symbolic topping out ceremony has just taken place on top of one of the two buildings of the Olimpijczyk Estate project located in the western part of Łódź, signifying that the construction work stage has been completed. PHN Group, thanks to rental income from new space, reported an increase in revenue from its key business segment, i.e. rental income, by PLN 13.8M in Q1 2024, up 24.2% year-on-year.
