Mr. Maciej Klukowski assumed the position of Member of the Management Board for Managing Property Assets on 17 May 2024. He has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate market in the area of rental and sales. He also has experience in implementing new products in the market and managing rental and sales teams. He has participated in the restructuring processes of real estate companies and their listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. From 2017 to 2024, he was Director of Home Management at Metrohouse Franchise S.A., owned by DUNA HOUSE HOLDING, where, among other things, he created PRS products, managed apartments for rent and developed new products. From 2015 to 2017, he was Director of Sales and Rental at Orange Polska S.A., where, among other things, he took part in the creation of a real estate portfolio sales strategy and led the rental and sales of Orange portfolio properties across the country. From 2007 to 2015, as Director of the Rental Office, he led the work of the rental team of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (and previously DIPSERVICE S.A.). He graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in Accounting and Finance, completed his PhD studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, and holds a PhD from the University of Physical Education.
